Phoenix Business Support was engaged by Oregon, a group of five special educational needs (SEN) schools, to prepare for the sale of the business. Over the course of our engagement, we implemented monthly financial and KPI reporting systems to enhance financial transparency. We also assumed responsibility for day-to-day operational tasks, such as purchase management, invoicing, and credit control, allowing the owners to focus on growing and ultimately selling the business.
